Meetings are held on the Green, weather permitting. If the weather prevents us from meeting on the green, we will meet via Google Meet.
An email will be sent out the by 9AM that morning if the meeting location is changed.

Nestled within the scenic beauty of New Hartford, our community is proud to be part of a town that offers both charm and opportunity. The Pine Meadow Farms Homeowners Association is committed to fostering a welcoming, respectful, and well-maintained community. We strive to support homeowners in preserving and enhancing their property investments while promoting a safe, attractive, and neighborly environment. This mission is carried out through the leadership of an elected Board and the dedication of community volunteers.
