​
      * Monthly fees are $60.00, due
         ​by the 1st of every month.
​         A $10.00 late fee is applied if
         received after the 10th.

​​       The money collected goes to
       ​pay for insurance, maintenance of
​       common areas, snow plowing, landscaping
       road repairs, taxes and a few additional
      ​ administrative costs.

​     *Checks returned/cancelled will result
       in an additional charge by the bank
       of $25.00.

    ​CHECKS ARE CASHED ONCE A MONTH

​​​ ​    ​Don't forget to ask your bank if they offer
​     auto bill pay! Set your monthly dues up on
​     auto pay and never pay a late fee.
